Groups

There are 10 Scout groups and three Explorer units in Manchester South Scout District, and you can find out more about them using the menu to the right.

Please note that most groups operate a waiting list, so please look at more than one group in your area in case you need to consider an alternative to your first choice.

As we are always short of adult volunteers, some groups give priority to the children of volunteers, so please consider volunteering some of your time to Scouting – we do not ask for a major commitment, and it can be as little as an hour every couple of weeks as part of a parent roster, but as they say “every little helps”.
