Minutes from Camp Meeting: 6 March 2006
Thanks to all who came last night, sorry to everyone for the last minute change of venue!
Next meeting will be after the District meeting on 6th April at Hough End (District meeting starts at 8.30). I will try and have you all home by 10!!! Hope you can all make it.
For the next meeting can you have the ideas for your base so we can check nothing clashes and the kids are getting a good variety of activities.
At the next meeting we hope to finalise food arrangements, draft a letterfor the kids and arrange where we will be placing the bases.
